Monday Longevity Yoga: Body/Flow Centric

Equipment Needed:

  • Yoga mat, block, strap, and blanket

Meeting Place: Live on Zoom: Monday 9:00 am– 10:00 am (ET)

Session dates: May 21, 2025 - June 30, 2025 (NO CLASS 5/26/25 MEMORIAL DAY) (total of 5 Monday classes)

Cost: $11.00/class or $55.00 for Monday only classes.

Wednesday Longevity Yoga: Body/Strength Centric

Strong legs and feet are essential to aging well. “Skeletal muscles are the largest organ system in the body and the quality of your life correlates with the quality of your muscle health.” Dr. Gabrielle Lyon, MD and “Bones are master metabolic communicators. They are where the immune system is made, they protect all our soft organs, help with glucose metabolism and interact with the pancreas.” Dr. Vonda Wright, MD

Equipment Needed:

  • Yoga mat, block, strap, and blanket

  • yoga stick: (optional) I recommed the addition of a yoga stick as a fun way to increase the strength and balance challenge. It can be purchased on Amazon for under $30.00. (5ft Yoga Stick from Natural Bamboo with Non-Slip Handle.)

Meeting Place: Live on Zoom: Wednesday 9:00 am – 10:00 am (ET)

Friday Longevity Yoga: Mind/Body Centric

  • Yoga balls or tennis balls (optional)
